Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing artwork from our shop.

Each piece is made with care and intention, and we hope you love what you receive. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Cancellations & Order Changes
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us by email as soon as possible if you wish to make a change or cancellation.

Returns
Since most works are limited edition prints made to order, we ask that you consider your purchase carefully. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging
- You are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom or personalized orders
- Framed or mounted prints made specifically per request
- Damaged or used items not in their original condition

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.

Refunds
We want you to love the original artwork you ordered from us.
But if you're unsure — no problem. You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it’s in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.

Returns are valid for items in stock only (not made-to-order), and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal).

After 14 days, returns will be accepted as store credit (gift card) only.
Custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

No refund or credit will be issued for damaged, used, or incomplete products.
Store credit will not be provided for complimentary items or promotional gifts.

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
